POSITION OVERVIEW
In charge of the delivery of the highest standard beverage (alcoholic and non alcoholic), lead the team with constant presence on the floor, interact and entertain guests, organize and execute bar related events and meet and exceed beverage budgets
RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Beverages and Maintain Inventory
Manage Staff Training and Schedules
Aware of all in-house guest requirements
Keep highest standards of hygiene
Support the overall leadership and management of the hotel in the smooth running of the operations
Monitor and supervise the bar par stock
Regularly review house counts, VIP list and maintain the confidentiality of the hotel and its guests
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the amenities set up and delivery
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of bar areas
To interact with guests as required to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maximize the returns to the hotel
To motivate and supervise all employees involved in the provision of F&B, and ensure that the service they deliver is in line with the best service standards
Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner and report any issues to FB Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Maintain sound knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
Maintain a high level of product knowledge
Maintain Aman\'s standards of attitude, behavior and appearance
Have sound a knowledge of F&B Menus
