Job Summary:

The Bar Supervisor at BreakinBrew is responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring premium beverage quality, supervising bar staff, maintaining inventory, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily bar operations and staff deployment Ensure high-quality beverage preparation and service Monitor stock levels, wastage control, and inventory records Train and guide bartenders on cocktails, service standards, and upselling Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally Maintain bar hygiene, safety, and compliance standards Coordinate with management for promotions and revenue targets

Requirements & Skills:

2-4 years of experience as Senior Bartender / Bar Supervisor Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations Leadership, communication, and team-handling skills Ability to manage inventory and control costs

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
