Key Responsibilities:
1. Bar Operations & Service
Oversee daily bar setup, cleanliness, and closing procedures.
Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
Manage stock levels, inventory, and reorder requirements for bar supplies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
2. Team Supervision & Training
Supervise bartenders and bar assistants to ensure efficient service.
Train staff on cocktail recipes, beverage handling, and customer engagement.
Schedule shifts and manage performance to ensure smooth operations.
3. Customer Experience
Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote signature drinks and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with kitchen and floor teams for seamless service.
Prepare daily sales and stock reports for management.
Support management in event planning and bar promotions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a bar or restaurant setup (supervisory experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and coffee-based beverages.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
