Job Description

Raasta Ludhiana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to lead and elevate our premium bar operations.



Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage end-to-end bar operations with

premium 5-star service standards.

Create high-performing beverage menus--signature cocktails, premium spirit

blends, and seasonal specials. Drive beverage

upselling strategies

, guest engagement, and promotional activities to increase revenue. Monitor beverage cost, variance metrics, and

implement cost-control measures to achieve monthly targets.

Manage bar inventory, ordering, stock rotation, consumption analysis, and wastage reduction. Train and mentor bartenders on

service techniques, mixology, guest handling, and SOP adherence.

Collaborate with the marketing team for

bar promos, events, themed nights, and F&B campaigns

. Ensure compliance with bar hygiene, food safety rules, and statutory licensing requirements. Handle VIP guests, high-volume nights, event bars, and premium service experiences. Maintain all bar equipment, setup layouts, and ensure operational readiness daily.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in a

5-star hotel or luxury fine-dining bar

--mandatory.

Strong mixology, cocktail innovation

, wine knowledge, and beverage pairing skills. Expertise in

upselling, marketing-driven promotions, and customer engagement strategies

. Strong leadership, staff supervision, and talent development abilities.

Excellent multitasking capability--operations, service, inventory, team, and marketing coordination.

Deep understanding of

variance control, costing, yield management, and analytical reporting.

Outstanding communication, guest interaction, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently during peak hours with consistent high-quality service.

Eligibility Requirement



Only experienced candidates from

5-star hotels or top-tier restaurants

will be considered. Applicants must show a strong track record in beverage sales growth, cost control, and team leadership.
