Your Role in Our Story

As the

Bar Manager

at TEHPL, you will be responsible for leading and managing bar operations across

Windmills and Oota

, ensuring excellence in beverage quality, service standards, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bar operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high-quality standards Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and maintaining optimal stock levels, in coordination with the F&B Controller Drive beverage menu development, introducing innovative cocktails and beverage offerings aligned with TEHPL's brand philosophy and guest preferences Train, mentor, and develop bar team members in mixology skills, product knowledge, and service excellence Ensure adherence to all statutory bar regulations, safety norms, and licensing requirements Monitor beverage costs, margins, and profitability; implement strategies to improve revenue through pricing, promotions, and cost controls Maintain bar hygiene, organization, visual appeal, and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional

Who We Are Looking For

Passion for Mixology:

Strong creativity and expertise in crafting cocktails and beverages

Beverage Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of ingredients, recipes, and preparation techniques

Leadership Capability:

Proven experience in leading teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration

Attention to Detail:

Strong control over inventory, documentation, and compliance requirements

Guest-Centric Mindset:

Commitment to delivering memorable hospitality experiences

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

in a similar role within the hospitality or beverage industry, with demonstrated growth and excellence
