Bar Executive
to join our dynamic team and elevate our bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations to ensure high service standards.
Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering.
Create and maintain an appealing and efficient bar environment.
Develop new cocktails and beverage menus in collaboration with the F&B Manager.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff.
Handle guest feedback and deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor sales, control costs, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a 4/5-star hotel).
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
