Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction at all times
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware
Manage bar inventory including stock requisition, storage, and wastage control
Handle cash, POS billing, and closing procedures accurately
Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to alcohol service
Upsell beverages and promote bar menus, offers, and specials
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for smooth operations
Address guest complaints professionally and escalate when required
Follow opening and closing SOPs of the bar
