About Us:

Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for its exceptional hospitality and premium dining experiences. We are looking for a skilled Bar Cook to join our team and prepare high-quality bar snacks and dishes that complement our beverage service.

Role Overview:

The Bar Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting bar-friendly food items, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations for the bar section.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook bar snacks, appetizers, and light meals. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards. Work closely with bartenders to pair dishes with beverage offerings. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the bar kitchen area. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely requisition of ingredients. Minimize food wastage through effective portion and cost control. Deliver orders promptly during busy bar service hours. Assist in menu planning for bar snacks and specials.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook (bar/kitchen) in a hotel or reputed restaurant. Knowledge of bar-style food, appetizers, and international snacks. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹20,000++ per month (based on experience & expertise). Food and accommodation provided. Monthly 4 leaves. 10 working hours daily + OT pay for extra hours. Opportunities for growth & internal promotions based on performance.
