Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain stock levels, place orders for beverages and supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
Customer Service:
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service for all guests, addressing complaints and diffusing tense situations.
Operations Oversight:
Manage bar operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Sales and Promotions:
Develop and implement promotional events and sales strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement.
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash and card payments, managing transactions at the bar or for table service.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols, monitor for potential health hazards, and ensure proper alcohol service procedures.
