Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate lounge bar operations
Lead and motivate service staff
Ensure smooth guest service and satisfaction
Maintain hygiene, quality, and service standards
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
Requirements:

Previous experience as Captain or Sr. Steward in F&B/Hospitality Strong leadership & communication skills Guest-first attitude Smart, well-groomed, and professional
