Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards.
Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine lists, spirits, craft beers, and specialty drinks.
Ensure proper portion control and drink presentation.
Bar Operations
Set up and break down the bar area before and after shifts.
Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
Maintain cleanliness of bar surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
Follow all cash-handling procedures, including operating POS systems and processing payments.
Compliance & Safety
Confirm age verification for alcohol service following legal requirements.
Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety guidelines at all times.
Report any equipment issues, inventory shortages, or safety hazards to management.
Team Support
Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive team environment.
