Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bar and restaurant operations.
Supervise and train staff to maintain service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Monitor inventory, stock control, and vendor management.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Plan and execute promotions, events, and revenue strategies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and expenses.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant/Bar Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and multi-cuisine service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
