Job Description

We are looking for a motivated

Business Analyst + Manual QA

professional with 6 months-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating documentation, and ensuring quality through manual testing of applications. This hybrid role is best suited for candidates who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring defect-free product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories). Assist in preparing process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications. Design, review, and execute manual test cases based on requirements. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Report, track, and validate defects using tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables. Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete coverage.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and client communication. Good knowledge of test case design techniques (BVA, Equivalence Partitioning). Hands-on experience with bug tracking/test management tools. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field. 6 months-2 years of experience in

Business Analysis and/or Manual Testing
