We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations, ensure smooth event execution, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise banquet staff during functions.
Ensure timely setup of banquet halls including seating, decor, and technical arrangements.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
Manage guest relations and handle any service issues.
Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and report needs.
Train and motivate staff for service excellence.
Employer Requirements:
3 years Experience in banquet or F&B operations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours.
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
