Oversee banquet operations, ensuring smooth event execution, excellent guest service, and coordination between staff and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise banquet setup, service, and breakdown as per event requirements.
Guide and train banquet staff on service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen, F&B, and event teams for flawless operations.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Address guest requests/complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
Support Banquet Manager in planning and execution of events.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
2-4 years of experience in banquet/F&B service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
Flexible with schedules, including evenings/weekends.
