The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions and events. The role ensures that guests receive excellent service, events are executed smoothly, and all staff perform their duties efficiently while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all banquet setup, service, and cleanup activities.
Ensure all events are executed as per client requirements and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Assign duties to banquet staff and monitor performance during events.
Inspect banquet areas before and after events for cleanliness, setup accuracy, and inventory.
Maintain strong communication between kitchen, service staff, and event coordinators.
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist in training new staff and ensuring adherence to service standards.
Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and coordinate replenishment.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

Ability to handle multiple events and work under pressure.
Knowledge of banquet setup, service procedures, and table arrangements.

Educational Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
Certification in Food & Beverage Service preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in banquet operations or hospitality service.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
