To supervise, coordinate, and oversee banquet operations, ensuring high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and smooth event execution in line with company policies and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise banquet staff during events and functions to ensure efficient service.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing banquet setups as per event requirements.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
Conduct pre-event and post-event briefings with staff.
Ensure banquet areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety & hygiene standards.
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training as required.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Maintain accurate records of banquet supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Support the Banquet Manager in scheduling, rostering, and manpower allocation.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred (as per operational requirement).
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Banquet/Events operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of banquet service standards and event operations.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
