We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Banquet Sales Personnel with 8-12 years of experience to lead our banquet sales function in Bandra, Mumbai. This role involves managing high-profile events and a discerning HNI clientele, ensuring exceptional service and sales excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales for banquet and event spaces, with a focus on HNI clients and premium events.- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HNIs, wedding planners, corporate clients, and social influencers.- Conduct property walk-throughs, presentations, and consultations to convert high-value inquiries into confirmed bookings.- Customize event proposals and packages to align with client preferences and luxury standards.- Coordinate closely with the operations, culinary, and service teams to deliver seamless events.- Achieve sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and upselling.- Represent the brand at upscale networking events, expos, and business forums.- Handle client communication, contract negotiations, and follow-ups professionally.- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, bookings, and client feedback using CRM tools.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.- 8-12 years of experience in banquet or event sales, preferably in the luxury or premium hospitality segment.- Proven track record of handling elite and high-profile clientele.- Strong local network within the event and hospitality industry.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- High standard of grooming and etiquette suitable for HNI interactions.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event requirements.Work Environment:- Office and on-site (banquet/event venue) based in Bandra, Mumbai.- High-energy, client-facing role requiring flexible hours and attention to detail.
