Responsible for generating banquet sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare proposals/contracts.
Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Coordinate with banquet operations, F&B, and other departments for smooth event execution.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales reports and assist in revenue forecasting.
Requirements:
Graduate/Hotel Management degree preferred.
3-5 years of banquet/event sales experience in hospitality.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and events efficiently.
Customer-focused with a result-oriented approach.
