Job Description

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MICE Banquet Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for marketing, selling, and coordinating event space on behalf of our hotel, restaurant, or other venue provider.

- You will also ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence for all MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) events.. Responsibilities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients for MICE events. Contact potential clients personally, by phone, email, or social media, and develop relationships with them. Negotiate prices and terms with clients and prepare sales contracts.

- Coordinate with the banquet operations team, the head chef, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of events. Monitor and control the cost and quality of services provided.

- Provide necessary food and beverage training with emphasis on sales, service, and product knowledge. Maintain regular contact with existing customers and keep them updated on new offers and promotions. Analyze historical and statistical data to achieve and exceed the revenue targets. Keep track of sales activities and report on performance. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the MICE industry.

Requirement: Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in hospitality, marketing, business administration, or related field. experience in MICE sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office, POS system, and hotel property management system. Knowledge of food and wine pairings, cutting edge cuisine, and event trends.

- Familiarity with local market and Fire Marshal requirements. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines. Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Immaculate personal presentation, grooming, and conversational ability
