Job Description

Position: Banquet Sales Manager

The key responsibilities for this role include:

Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively source and pitch for the property to corporates, event agencies, and businesses in Guwahati. Close deals for various corporate gatherings. Inbound Sales Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads, conduct venue walk-throughs, and give sales presentations. Client Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the client's single point of contact, understand their needs, communicate requirements to internal teams, coordinate planning meetings, and ensure client satisfaction. Payment & Documentation: Share quotes, raise invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain updated records.

Mandatory requirements include 1-2 years of prior experience in banquet/event venue sales in Guwahat/or Strong sales background involving corporates for hospitality or F&B Services, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple client accounts, proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and a proactive, target-driven, customer-first attitude.
