Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and solicit new accounts, develop sales leads, and pursue business in targeted segments (corporate, leisure, MICE).

Client Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, manage key accounts, and ensure high satisfaction for repeat business.

Sales Execution:

Generate proposals, write contracts, negotiate rates, and close sales to meet revenue goals.

Marketing & Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team, provide feedback on market trends, and support promotional activities.

Internal Coordination:

Work closely with Revenue Managers, Front Office, and other departments to align sales efforts and service delivery.

Reporting:

Track sales metrics, report on performance, and maintain accurate customer databases.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
