  • Total Experience : 3 Years of experience in related field
  • Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years Proven experience in banquet and event sales in the hospitality industry.
Eligibility :- Only Female Candidates Can Apply. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Banquet Sales Executive to join our team. The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for driving banquet and event sales revenue by proactively identifying and targeting potential clients and effectively communicating the resort\'s offerings. This position plays a vital role in achieving our revenue goals while ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target prospective clients for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and other banquets.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and promote repeat business. Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry organizations to generate leads. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Client Engagement:Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients\' needs, offering tailored solutions, and responding to inquiries promptly.
Conduct site tours to showcase the resort\'s facilities and discuss event details.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event orders to clients.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between clients and relevant resort departments to deliver a flawless event experience.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to set competitive pricing and packages. Meet and exceed revenue targets through successful negotiation and closing of contracts. Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring that all client requirements and resort standards are met. Collaborate with the banquet and culinary teams to create customized menus and setups. Address any client concerns or special requests during the event.
Other Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning and coordination.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary.
  • Languages :- English, Hindi and Marathi.
