Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to clients visiting the banquet hall.
Provide detailed information about the venue, wedding packages, available services, and amenities.
Conduct venue tours and showcase the property to prospective clients.
Assist and guide clients with booking procedures and customization options.
Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the banquet area.
Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
Maintain records of client interactions and bookings.
Provide assistance and support during event setups and client visits if needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or banquet coordination preferred.
