Experience:

3-5 Identify potential clients and develop strategies to increase banquet sales. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and promote the hotel's banquet services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions. Coordinate with internal teams (catering, operations, and F&B) to ensure seamless execution of events. Prepare detailed Banquet Event contract and FP and communicate specific client needs to the relevant departments. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and handling any issues or concerns promptly. * Conduct post-event feedback surveys to gather insights and improve service quality.
