Identify and target potential clients for banquet/events (corporate, weddings, social gatherings, etc)
Generate leads through cold calls, networking, and digital platforms.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and customize offerings.
Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with potential clients.
3. Event Planning Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (banquet, F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure all client requirements are met.
Assist clients in menu selection, setup, audio-visual needs, and event flow.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations for event execution.
4. Contracting & Documentation
Prepare event contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
Ensure timely collection of deposits and payments.
5. Revenue & Target Achievement
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activity and pricing; adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Maintain updated records of bookings, leads, and client interactions.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
7. Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote banquet packages.
