Generate and implement sales strategies to increase banquet event bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with event planners, catering services, and other relevant departments to plan and execute events.
Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and event timelines to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Update sales reports and track performance to meet sales targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales and event staff.
