Job Description

Responding to inquiries

for banquet and catering events and building strong client relationships.

Preparing and presenting

detailed proposals, contracts, and event timelines.

Coordinating with other departments

to ensure all client requirements are met.

Acting as the main point of contact

for clients leading up to and during events.

Updating the banquet and catering sales calendar

and sales reports accurately.

Assisting with up-selling services

and accurately forecasting revenue for banquet and group room events.

Handling the administrative and logistical

aspects of event planning, from initial booking to post-event follow-up.

Maintaining a high standard of customer service

and professional conduct at all times.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
