We are looking for an experienced and energetic Banquet (RM) to manage and oversee our banquet operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banquet service, event coordination, and team supervision, ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all banquet functions, from setup to service and closure.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and sales teams for seamless event execution.
Manage staff schedules, table layouts, and event timelines.
Ensure all guests receive exceptional service throughout events.
Inspect banquet areas for cleanliness, decor, and setup accuracy.
Handle client communication and on-site issue resolution.
Maintain stock and control costs effectively.
Prepare reports and assist in billing coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in banquet management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and event coordination.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple functions efficiently.
Qualification in Hotel / Hospitality Management preferred.
