About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Banquet Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of our clients banquet business. This role offers complete ownership of P&L, operations, and sales, with the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive banquet operations with a focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction
Take full P&L ownership - cost control, revenue generation, and profitability
Build and execute strategies to drive banquet sales & event bookings
Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and procurement for seamless operations
Lead and mentor the operations team to deliver outstanding experiences
Coordinate with leadership for business expansion and new initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience managing banquet operations in hotels, restaurants, or event spaces
Strong understanding of F&B service, operations, and sales
Track record of delivering revenue targets and maintaining profitability
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
