The Banquet Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all banquet events to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing the banquet team, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the smooth execution of events. The Banquet Manager works closely with clients, sales teams, and other departments to deliver events that meet or exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Execution
Oversee the planning and execution of all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, and private parties.
Coordinate with clients and event planners to understand event requirements and expectations.
Ensure all setups, service, and breakdowns are executed in a timely and professional manner.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and setup crews.
Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for all events.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Guest Experience
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns or changes promptly.
Ensure all guest needs are met with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Monitor event flow to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
Maintain inventory of banquet supplies, including linens, tableware, and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate menus, food preparation, and timely service.
Financial Management
Manage banquet budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Monitor labor costs and other expenses to meet financial goals.
Assist in creating event invoices and ensuring accurate billing.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in banquet or food & beverage management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
