Supervise daily dining operations and ensure smooth service flow in the restaurant, room service, or banquet areas.
Brief and allocate duties to service staff and monitor performance during shifts.
Greet guests, take feedback, and handle any service-related issues efficiently.
Ensure the setup of the dining area as per standards (table settings, cleanliness, ambience).
Train and mentor service staff on SOPs, upselling techniques, and guest service etiquette.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Take and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during peak hours.
Monitor inventory of service equipment and supplies; coordinate with the store team for requisitions.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
Assist in billing and POS operations and handle cash/card payments if required.
Support event and banquet setups and lead service execution for group bookings.
Maintain daily reports and assist in team performance evaluations.
