Key Responsibilities
Ensure venue readiness before every event (cleanliness, setup, lighting, AC, AV)
Coordinate with clients, caterers, decorators, and vendors
Manage and hire staff and service providers
(housekeeping, security, maintenance, support staff)
Create duty rosters and allocate manpower based on event schedules
Oversee vendor selection and service agreements (catering support, decor, rentals, cleaning services)
Manage event flow, hall turnover, and guest handling
Maintain facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, generators, fire safety)
Maintain hygiene and safety standards across halls, food areas, washrooms, parking
Oversee inventory of furniture, linens, decor, and consumables
Control wastage and operating costs
Candidate Profile
Middle East hospitality / banquet / hotel experience preferred
Strong leadership and people management
Experience in
hiring and managing teams / outsourced services
Excellent communication and customer service
Highly disciplined, proactive, and solution-oriented
Malayalam, English, and Hindi preferred
Qualifications
2+ years in hospitality or facility operations
Hotel/FMGMT/F&B qualifications an advantage
