Job Description

The Banquet Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing banquet events to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising banquet staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing event setups, and ensuring smooth operations during events such as weddings, conferences, meetings, and social functions.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and oversee all banquet functions from planning to execution Liaise with clients to understand event requirements, menus, seating, and special requests Supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring service standards are met Ensure proper setup of banquet halls as per event specifications (layout, decor, AV, etc.) Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and technical teams for seamless operations Monitor service quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality 1-3 years of experience in banquet operations or F&B service (experience may vary by property)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
