Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise banquet events, ensuring smooth operations from setup to closure.
Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
Work closely with the Operation manager, kitchen, and service staff to deliver flawless guest experiences.
Monitor banquet hall arrangements, decor, seating, and service flow.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Assist in training and guiding banquet staff for efficient service delivery.
Actively contribute to banquet sales by promoting services, upselling packages, and building client relationships to maximize revenue.
Maintain accurate records of events, billing, and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
Female candidate with
hotel management background
preferred.
1-2 years of experience
in banquet operations or hospitality service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
