We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Co ordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, conferences, and weddings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, leading high-performing teams, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and weddings
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests
- Lead and manage a team of banquet staff, including training and development
- Coordinate with chefs, catering staff, and other departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event budgets, revenues, and expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
