Job Summary:



The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating banquet events, ensuring smooth execution, excellent guest service, and proper team coordination before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events. Brief and assign tasks to banquet staff (servers, setup crew, bartenders). Ensure event timelines and client requirements are followed precisely. Act as the main contact during events for guests and internal departments. Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality and presentation standards. Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained throughout the event. Coordinate with kitchen, AV, and housekeeping teams as needed. Assist with post-event cleanup and feedback reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:



Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. 2-3 years of banquet service experience, including supervisory roles. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and guest service abilities. Good knowledge of banquet setup, service standards, and event flow.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
