Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead banquet service staff during events
Brief staff before each function regarding service sequence, menu, and guest expectations
Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management for smooth event execution
Ensure proper setup of banquet halls as per event orders (BEOs)
Monitor food and beverage service quality and timing
Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints professionally
Ensure hygiene, safety, and grooming standards are followed by staff
Maintain discipline and teamwork among banquet staff
Assist in billing coordination and post-event reporting when required
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in banquets or food & beverage service
Strong leadership and staff-handling skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
Knowledge of banquet setups, service styles, and event flow
Ability to work under pressure during large and busy events
Professional appearance and positive attitude
