Banquet and Food Operations manager required.
Oversee all F&B including running functions in banquet halls and daily room service
Controlling food costs, stock inventory and menu planning with kitchen accordingly including staff food and quantities
Purchasing of rations including dry stocks, vegetables and meeting and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors
A good negotiator with all the vendors and also closely monitoring rates in market
Training and appraisal of housekeeping, waiters and front office, kitchen and catering staff including proper performance of job, customer service, chemical knowledge and control etc
Banquet Sales as required
Able to adapt to pressure with day to day
Handle guest complaints and resolve the issue with guest satisfaction
Introduce and ensure all staff follow and adhere to Covid 19 and infection prevention protocols
Strong attention to details required for 5 star service
Continuous presence in all public/front of house areas
Daily handling of cash and financial reports, day books and accounts
Daily reporting to MD, and other directors with sales and payments collections.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office and property management system
Must have Human Recourse qualities Hiring, disciplining and firing, appraisal and training of all staff in line with property policies and as required.
Handling grievances of staff and resolve the issue with utmost polices
