Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Banner Printing Machine Operator

with hands-on experience in operating large-format banner printing machines. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of ensuring consistent print quality with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate banner printing machines (Flex, Eco-solvent, etc.) as per job orders. Load and align materials such as vinyl, flex, and other banner media. Adjust print settings for different sizes and media types. Monitor print quality and troubleshoot minor issues. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs of printing machines. Coordinate with the design team to ensure file accuracy before printing.

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in operating banner or solvent printing machines. Basic understanding of print media types and color consistency. Knowledge of

CorelDRAW

or other basic design tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Work Schedule:

9-hour shift with flexible timings based on workload. Willingness to work overtime during high-volume periods or urgent projects.
