Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned

Banking Manager

with strong expertise in

Trade Finance, Treasury Operations, and Bank Relationship Management

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing

Bank Guarantees (BGs)

,

Letters of Credit (LCs)

,

Non-Fund-Based Limits

,

Cash Flow

, and

Banker Stocks

, with a deep understanding of

treasury and trade finance functions

. This role involves end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders and external financial institutions to ensure optimal management of banking operations and working capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage issuance, amendment, and closure of

Bank Guarantees (BGs)

and

Letters of Credit (LCs)

in accordance with contractual terms and banking guidelines. Monitor and manage

cash flow positions

across group entities to ensure adequate liquidity and optimal utilization of working capital. Handle

non-fund-based limits

(LC/BG) and coordinate with banks for timely renewal and enhancement of credit facilities. Oversee the

trade finance operations

, including import/export documentation, compliance with FEMA and RBI guidelines, and coordination with banks for financing. Manage

treasury operations

, including fund transfers, investment of surplus funds, interest rate monitoring, and foreign exchange dealings. Maintain and reconcile

banker stocks

(security/collateral pledged to banks), ensuring alignment with drawing power and bank requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, commercial, legal) and banks for seamless banking transactions and documentation. Prepare and present periodic MIS reports on fund utilization, cash flows, treasury activities, and banking exposures. Support audits (internal, statutory, bank audits) with necessary documentation and compliance checks. Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to negotiate favorable terms and support business expansion.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience in

banking, trade finance, and treasury operations

, ideally in a corporate or manufacturing setup. Strong working knowledge of

BGs, LCs, non-fund-based limits, forex management, and banking documentation

. Familiarity with

banking portals

,

ERP systems

, and

financial reporting tools

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
