Roles & Responsibilities:

Train students for Banking, TNPSC competitive exams as per the latest syllabus.

Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness, and English Language based on exam requirements.

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and mock test papers.

Conduct engaging classroom/online sessions and regular doubt-clearing classes.

Guide aspirants with exam strategies, shortcuts, and time management techniques.

Evaluate student performance through tests and provide feedback for improvement.

Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and notifications.

Requirements:

Strong subject knowledge in Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Awareness.

Prior teaching/training experience in competitive exam coaching is preferred.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Candidates who have cleared any stage (Prelims/Mains/Interview) of Bank/TNPSC exams will be preferred.

Freshers who have cleared Prelims and Mains of Bank/TNPSC in the past 12 months are also eligible.

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant discipline.

Ability to handle online batches effectively.

Ability to create study material

Pay: ₹38,086.00 - ₹68,879.63 per month
