Job Specification - Telecaller

Education:



Minimum: 12th Pass (HSC) Preferred: Graduate in any stream

Experience:



Fresher or experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support Experience in BPO, outbound calling, or lead generation is an added advantage

Skills Required:



Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages Strong persuasion and negotiation ability Active listening and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data entry) Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/weekly targets

Personality Traits:



Confident and energetic Positive attitude and patience while handling customers Target-driven and self-motivated Team player with problem-solving approach

Other Requirements:



Willingness to work in shifts (if required) Should have a clear voice and good telephone etiquette Punctual and disciplined in attendance
