Identify potential customers and generate leads for banking products (Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
Meet and exceed monthly sales and cross-selling targets.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide quality customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular interaction.

Product Promotion
Educate customers about bank products, digital banking services, and investment options.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the bank.
4.
Documentation & Compliance
Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and account opening documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales reports and daily activity logs.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sales and negotiation ability.
Basic knowledge of banking products and financial terms.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking tools
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
0-3 years of experience in banking or financial product sales (freshers may also apply).
Local language proficiency is an advantage.
