Minimum 1-3 years in Sales/Marketing (BFSI or Insurance preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle bancassurance channel sales through partner bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products.
Key Skills:
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to manage sales activities in banking branches.
Experience in Insurance/BFSI domain will be an added advantage.
