Also who can handle business with his or her mindset.r r Designation : Banking Sales Managerr r Pay Roll : On Rollr r :r r - Has worked in a company that sells products or services for FinTech domain businesses
r - Has handled clients from Banking, Fintech sector and have been involved in enterprise sales.
r - Develop and ensure achievement of sales strategies and year-on-year sales plan divided into monthly, quarterly and annual plan.
r - Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
r - Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering,Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region / industry
r - Generate business insights through analysing relevant competitors- data, their offerings and pricing strategies
r - Ensure adherence to defined sales processes which may include mapping client expectations, documentation, handovers to the Operations team and client servicing team etc.r r Candidate Requirement :r r

(Science), MA (Arts), MBA/ PGDM, MCA/ PGDCA, MD/ MS (Medicine), ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), ML/ LLM (Law)r r r r r r r Any Graduate
