Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in team management is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for banking products.
Identify and acquire new clients in the BFSI sector.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
