About the Role:



We are looking for a results-driven

Banking Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts in the BFSI sector. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, growing the business portfolio, and managing a small sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in BFSI / Insurance Sales.

CTC : 3.00 To 5.50 LPA + Incentive + other Benefit

Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in team management is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Graduate in any discipline.


Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies for banking products. Identify and acquire new clients in the BFSI sector. Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
