For more details visit: www.iserveu.in Responsibilities: Sells products and services to banks & NBFCs and develops new account relationships. Solicits and maintains network of prospect banks and NBFCs. Initiates contact with prospective Banks/ NBFC to sell targeted iServeU products and/or services. Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts. Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence. Prepares and presents proposals, finalizing commercials with banks & NBFCs utilizing iServeU resources and tools. Negotiates, structures and closes "deals" that meet bank's and NBFC's expectations and iServeU's ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise. Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies. Ensure a higher level of engagements with the banks and NBFCs. Work aggressively on business development, promotion and building brand of the company. Meets sales goals and objectives. Other related duties assigned as needed. Requirements Desired Qualifications/ Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business, or Computer Science). MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of proven experience in selling solutions to banks/ NBFC (Mandatory). Strong experience in selling Software Sales/ Application Sales Proven experience in selling Banking solutions.
