Roles and Responsibilities:

? Banking Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet business objectives.

? Account Management: Manage a portfolio of banking clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with plutos ONE's services.

? Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential banking clients, pitching products and services related to the Bharat Bill Payment System and the incentive platform.

? Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by expanding the usage of our products among partner banks and networks, and ensuring client satisfaction to encourage long-term business growth.

? Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in the banking and payments industry to provide insights and recommendations that can help improve client relationships and solutions.

? Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for banking clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

? Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, and marketing) to ensure the smooth onboarding of clients and the continuous improvement of products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

? Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

? Knowledge of banking products, payments, or related technologies is a plus.

? Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet revenue targets.

? Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client issues effectively.
