We are seeking a highly motivated Banking Relationship Trainee to support our firm in acquiring institutional clients, tracking market trends, and enhancing our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Business Development, and Relationship Management within both Public & Private Banks, NBFCs, Fintech NBFCs and various other lending sector. Immediate Availability is preferable. Key Responsibilities: ₹ Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Assist in identifying and reaching out to institutional clients, particularly banks and NBFCs, to establish new business relationships. ? Industry Research & Data Tracking: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and distressed asset market developments to provide actionable insights. ? Networking & Meeting Coordination: Build professional connections with key stakeholders, set up meetings, and facilitate interactions between lenders and investors. ? B2B Sales & Engagement: Support senior colleagues in pitching distressed asset solutions to bank personnel and NBFC executives. ? Proposal & Data Preparation: Assist in crafting NPL (Non-Performing Loan) resolution proposals, preparing data for lender meetings, and supporting due diligence processes. ? Market Intelligence & Reporting: Keep track of distressed asset transactions, maintain industry databases, and generate reports to aid decision-making.
